Shannon Cain
Shannon Cain's foot tapping rhythms and country-rock appeal that might just be the next big thing to hit the country music scene. For Shannon Cain, music has been a major aspect in his life since a very young age. He owned his first turn-table at the age of 5 and listened to artists such as James Taylor, The Beatles, Jimmy Hendrix, B.B. King and Led Zepplin. During his youth, Shannon bought a guitar at a yard sale and began to learn songs from a book that contained The Beatles, Elton John, America, and Doobie Brothers songs. During college, Shannon developed his songwriting and performing, but kept his concentration on his studies. Since moving to Nashville, Shannon has learned about who he is as a performing songwriter and has continued to develop and grow as an artist.
