In light of the new cause-support era that has spread like fire through all music genres, most artists have attached their name and their art to a cause to raise awareness. Through this artist involvement, the music audience has the opportunity to learn of global causes and to make a difference simply by attending a concert.

So join Music City Unsigned artists Adam Agin and Florez, along with Future
and writeršs round including Joseph Lemay, Jaci Wisot and Brooke Annibale at a free awareness concert on May 14th, 7 pm at the Anchor (629 3rd Ave., Nashville TN 37210) in support of Project AK-47.

This diverse line-up features up-and-coming indie folk, guitar-driven pop, futuristic hip-hop and singer-songwriters.

Project AK-47 is an organization that rescues young girls and boys who are enslaved as child soldiers in Southeast Asiašs. This organization provides dedicated, comprehensive care, education and vocational skills and/or university prep for them. This cause is unheard of in these extremely dangerous, restricted-access areas, where literacy is a mere 1%.

Project AK-47šs vision is to raise these children as the future healthy, moral, educated leaders of their societies, where they effect real change, not export them to wealthier nations.

Attend this concert of impressive local indie artists and learn how you could rescue a child out of a life of violence.
